Yoshinari Watanabe
Yoshinari Watanabe entered the world of Japanese cuisine at the age of twenty-six. Through years of dedicated training across a variety of kitchens, he was entrusted with his first head chef position at the age of thirty-nine.
Since 2026, he has served as head chef of Nishi-Azabu Ichino, where he cherishes every encounter with his guests and crafts each dish to suit the moment and the day.

Hiroko Watanabe
For nearly twenty years, Hiroko Watanabe has devoted herself to omotenashi as an okami, welcoming guests in a variety of settings.
With heartfelt attention to each guest, she takes care to ensure every moment is one of comfort and ease.
Since 2026, as the okami of Nishi-Azabu Ichino, she has welcomed guests with a quiet grace and gentle, unspoken care that puts every visitor at ease.
