After completing culinary school, he refined his skills through years of training at renowned Japanese restaurants, building a foundation rooted in both tradition and innovation.
Today, as Executive Chef of Ichino, he devotes himself to creating seasonal dishes that are crafted with care and designed to leave a lasting impression.

With her gracious smile and attentive presence, she welcomes each guest with sincerity, ensuring that every visit feels both personal and memorable. Working closely with Chef Shimizu,
she helps shape the atmosphere of Ichino, adding a touch of hospitality that lingers long after the meal.
